Kitchen in Minneapolis

This was a complete remodel of a two- bedroom unit downtown.I completely remodeled the kitchen and made it twice as big as the original, remodeled both bathrooms, making this unit wheelchair accessible.I scraped the ceiling popcorn texture to re-spray a knockdown ceiling.Redid the flooring and painted the whole unit. It was beautiful when complete.

Roof and Siding in St. Michael's

This project was storm damage in St. Michael's. I re- sided and re-roofed this house as well as preasure washed the deck and re-stained it.

Elevator, cedar siding,

I installed an elevator, vestibule, new cedar siding, new windows, new deck, new soffit and facia, new gutters, and a new roof.

Garage and wall addition in St.

Louis Park

I added a third car garage hand framing the roof trusses, with stucco and vinyl siding, soffit and facia, roof, and wall.

Cabin up north

I built a beautiful cabin up north on a beautiful lake, there are too many projects to list on this cabin, two Trex decks, two bathrooms, all wood interior, laundry room, loft, oversized garage with stairs and a room above for storage etc. This was an amazing and fun project for two amazing people!

Tile backsplash in Bloomington

This project I installed a new backsplash, microwave, clean the kitchen cabinets and installed handles in the kitchen. I also installed a new roof, new siding, new back sliding glass door, new furnace, new garage door opener, fixed the fence, and installed and stained to match new interior doors and bi-fold doors.
